Dental Staff

Cindy began working as a Dental Assistant in 2005. Cindy was Dr. Walz right hand lady, however she has now taken on the role of office manager for Cornerstone Kids Dentistry and Dental Studio Associates. She has a strong knowledge of dentistry, which not only helps in this role, but aids patients in understanding their treatment plan and finances. She attended and graduated from Our Lady of the Elms with a BA in Science in 2009.  

Gina is a dedicated professional in our Billing Department, with 15 years of experience in the dental administration field, starting in 2010. Her extensive knowledge and understanding of billing and insurance are an asset that helps both the staff and our patients. Gina truly enjoys her role as a billing professional because it allows her to combine attention to detail with problem-solving. She takes great pride in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. She finds it rewarding to help keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Michelle brings almost 20 years of experience in dental billing and insurance claims to our team. Her primary focus is on improving claim accuracy, reducing payment delays, and managing accounts receivable. Michelle works closely with patients to best answer billing questions they may have regarding their accounts. Michelle enjoys her work because dental billing codes, rules, and insurance plans are constantly changing, which means there is always something new to master. She also genuinely enjoys working with her coworkers. In her time away from the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Michelle is a whiz behind the front desk! She has many years of experience in the dental field and will be able to help answer your scheduling and insurance questions confidently. In her spare time, Michelle loves to spend time with friends and family at the beach. If you notice a beautiful bouquet of roses by our front desk, you can bet they were from Michelle's hubby! She receives a new bouquet every month on their first date anniversary!

With 13 years of experience, Emily is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and confident during their visit. She earned her degree from Cape Cod Community College and brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to our practice.

Emily is genuinely passionate about the positive impact of excellent oral hygiene, striving to ensure every patient leaves feeling better about themselves. She believes strongly in a collaborative approach to care, working closely with the entire dental team and her patients to achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.

Erica graduated from the STCC Dental Hygiene program in 2015, following enthusiastically in the footsteps of her mother and sister who are also in the dental field. After starting her career in Boston, she returned home to Western Massachusetts to be with her family.

Erica's natural warmth and easygoing personality ensure a fun and comfortable experience for all patients, especially our younger ones—she is always smiling! When she's not caring for teeth, Erica loves traveling with her husband, son, and dog to the Cape for family adventures.

Susan is a highly dedicated Dental Assistant who graduated from Porter and Chester Institute. She has spent the past 14 years helping children feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits. With a unique background in preschool and daycare, Susan brings a calm, nurturing approach to care and strives to make every appointment positive and fun. Her primary goal is to build trusting relationships that encourage a lifetime of healthy dental habits for every child she meets.

Lochlann is a skilled Dental Assistant with 5 years of experience, including training from Porter and Chester. Her philosophy of care is centered on patient support; she loves her job because it allows her to make a real difference in someone's day. She strives to ensure every patient feels comfortable and valued during their visit. In her personal time, Lochlann enjoys an active and creative lifestyle, with hobbies including hiking, baking, and shopping.

Neicha brings more than 11 years of experience to the dental field, combining technical skill with a genuine commitment to patient comfort. She graduated from the Porter and Chester Institute and is certified in CPR, HIPAA, OSHA, and Radiology. Known for her caring approach, efficiency, and strong attention to detail, Neicha takes pride in contributing to a team that helps patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Outside the office, Neicha enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children, staying active, painting mandala rocks, reading, cooking, and participating in her church community. She’s also a firm believer that a good cup of coffee makes any day better.
