Emergencies: There is always an on call doctor 24 hours a day. Please call our office at( 413)786-0077 to receive the on call doctors phone number.

Scheduling:

We prefer to schedule younger patients in the morning hours when they are well rested and relaxed. In our experience, we have found that children are better able to listen and tend to have more positive experiences in the office in the morning versus after school. We do understand that appointments after school are desirable for older children. Therefore we encourage you to call in advance for these appointments as they book up quickly.

Cancellation Policy:

If there is any reason your child is unable to make their appointment, we do require a 48 hour cancellation notice. There is a last minute cancellation or failed appointment fee that will automatically be applied to the account, which can be reviewed. We do understand life happens, which may require you to move your childs appointment. Giving our office at least a 48 hour notice gives us the opportunity to offer the opening to another child.

Payment and Insurance:

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. Before your child receives treatment, we will provide you with a proposed treatment plan and cost. At this time, we will also provide you with an estimate of insurance benefits. We appreciate payment for services on the day your child receives them. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or credit card ( Visa, Master Card or Discover).
